Peonky Flow (redes.peonkyflow.com) is a social media management service operated by Peonky, a digital marketing agency in Lima, Peru. Businesses that hire our social media service connect their accounts to Peonky Flow so that our team can schedule and publish content for them. This policy explains what data we receive and how we use it.
When a business connects a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account, the platform sends us the account or page name, profile picture, account identifier, an access token to publish on its behalf, and basic statistics (for example followers, views and likes). We also store the texts, images and videos uploaded to be published.
Only to schedule, publish and measure content on the connected accounts, as agreed with each business. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
On a private server (Hetzner, Germany) and in private file storage (Cloudflare R2). Videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are published. Access tokens are kept only while the account stays connected.
A business can disconnect an account at any time from Peonky Flow or from the platform's settings (for example in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services; in Facebook: Settings → Business integrations). To ask us to delete all data of an account, follow the data deletion instructions.
